Hezbullah is winning the war

Hizbullah's military success against the Israel forces is nothing short of stunning if you believe in the Zionist mythos, since central to that mythos is the belief that the Jewish state is invincible and permanent, which sits at odds with Zionist claims of existential threats to their very being.

Yet, in truth, we see that Israel is far from invincible; operation Grapes of Wrath in 1996 in Lebanon ended in a humiliating defeat and withdrawal for Israel. The current war has been a tragedy for Lebanon but has also a military disaster for Israel on the battlefield.

The operation in Qana was designed to inflict maximum civillians causalities; Olmert declared that his intent was to ethnic cleanse South Lebanon; to deprive Hizbullah of its power base, its constituency. Quite a statement given the overwhelming support amongst Lebanese for Hizbullah's resistance. Olmert believes that the destruction of their homes, the destruction of their towns and villages and the death of innocent women and children will make Lebanese hate Hizbullah. Or perhaps it is a vain hope - one that he knows that will never come to fruition.

Whereas Hizbullah proudly list their martyrs who have dies in battle, Israel does not. Israel like many Western countries does not discuss its Special Forces operations where it believes that national security may be compromised, which includes lists of the dead. Most Zionist incursion on land in Lebanon are conducted by Israeli Special Forces. Thus Israel is not releasing the true numbers of the dead.

Moreover, the Zionists claimed to be in control of Maroun El-Raas, Bint Jubeil and Al-Taybeh, yet they were routed by what they describe as an ambush at a cost of eleven soldiers. It is hard to be ambushed in a town that you occupy and are in control of. Nor can they degrade Hizbullah's capacity to launch rockets into occupied Palestine by targeting Hizbullah positions in the mountains and valleys.

In fact, Hizbullah has destroyed several Israeli warships, bulldozers, tanks and helicopters, and inflicted heavier casaulties on the the Zionist than they themselves have suffered. Moreover Hizbullah's capacity to launch rockets into Occupied Palestine is undiminished, of which today's bombing of Acre is indicative. Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah has announced Hizbullah intent to strike Tel Aviv.
